Assessment fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Albums:

Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Birthdays:

1. Booking and Payment

o All bookings for birthday celebration packages at J’s Preschool are subject to availability and must be confirmed with full payment.

o The payment is non-refundable once made, except in the event of a cancellation by the preschool.

2. Package Inclusions

o The birthday celebration package includes the use of the selected theme, as outlined in the package details.

o No changes to the theme or package details are allowed after payment has been made.

3. Changes and Cancellations

o J’s Preschool reserves the right to change the date of the celebration due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the preschool will contact the parents/guardians to reschedule the event.

4. Theme Selection

o Available themes are listed at the time of booking, and parents/guardians must select a theme before finalizing the booking.

o Once a theme is selected and payment is made, no changes to the theme will be permitted.

5. Additional Terms

o Any additional services or requests must be communicated at the time of booking and may incur extra charges.

o All bookings are subject to the preschool's standard policies and procedures, which will be provided upon request.

Meals:

• Parents must inform the school of any dietary restrictions or allergies before subscribing to the meal service.

• J’s Preschool reserves the right to modify the menu without prior notice to maintain quality and variety.

• Meal service fees are detailed in the subscription form and must be paid in advance. 

• All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to student absence, school holidays, or early cancellation.

• The meal service is available only through monthly subscriptions. 

• Any new subscriptions will commence on the first day of the following week and continue for one month from that day.

• J’s Preschool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
